Meet Our Shiloh Team!

Lead Pastor
Paul Perkins
Pastor Paul Perkins has served in gospel ministry for over 25 years, driven by a passion to reach everyday people with the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Lisa, are proud parents to five children and are soon to welcome their first grandchild. Pastor Paul’s calling is deeply rooted in the local church, where he believes true life transformation begins—and from there, extends to the broader community. At Shiloh Church, he brings both a shepherd’s heart for the congregation and a missional vision for outreach. Pastor Paul holds an undergraduate degree in New Testament and Evangelism from Trinity School of the Bible and Seminary, a Master of Arts in Evangelism and Apologetics from Trinity Seminary, and a Doctor of Ministry in Apologetics and Theology from Liberty University.
